Apartment Location

This spacious apartment is located in Rojales, which is situated in southern Spain, ‘Costa Blanca’ just a 25 minute car drive from Alicante airport and only a 35 minute drive from Murcia airport.

The Costa Blanca, or White Coast, is one of Spain’s most popular tourist destinations. The region extends 200 kilometres along the Mediterranean coast through the province of Alicante, stretching from Gandia to Torrevieja.

The Costa Blanca enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.
